Our Meetup events are a cornerstone of our commitment to fostering a vibrant and collaborative community of customer success professionals across the Middle East region. Held quarterly, each event takes place in a different country, strategically designed to expand our reach and facilitate connections among industry experts. CS Coffee Connect

In addition to our larger-scale Meetup events, we are proud to introduce Customer Success Coffee Connect—a more intimate and frequent gathering hosted monthly by our dedicated CSME chapter lead in each country. This smaller-scale event, known as Customer Success Coffee Connect, provides a platform for local customer success professionals to engage in focused discussions, share best practices, and establish meaningful connections with peers in their specific region. These gatherings are tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by customer success teams at a local level, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. By meeting monthly, Customer Success Coffee Connect ensures a consistent and valuable experience for participants, creating an ongoing forum for the exchange of ideas and the cultivation of a strong support network within the customer success landscape.
