Ambassador Roles and Responsibilities
Event Hosts: Organize and host webinars, workshops, or networking events in your local area.
Content Contributors: Share insightful articles, case studies, or best practices relevant to customer success in the Middle East.
Social Media Ambassadors: Amplify our community’s presence by sharing updates, engaging with posts, and fostering conversations across various social media platforms.
Chapter Lead: Act as a bridge between our community and local professionals, facilitating connections, partnerships, and local events.
Mentors: Offer guidance and support to fellow community members who may be new to customer success.
Our Ambassador Program empowers you to play a pivotal role in advancing customer success throughout the Middle East. Before you embark on this exciting journey, please review the terms and conditions outlined below:
Commitment
Ambassadors are expected to commit to a minimum term of 6 months in their respective roles.
Regular participation in community activities and events is required.
Communication
Ambassadors must maintain open communication with the community and the program coordinators.
Timely response to emails, messages, and requests is essential.
Role-Specific Expectations
Event Hosts: Organize at least one event per quarter.
Content Contributors: Share a minimum of 2 industry-relevant content monthly.
Social Media Ambassadors: Engage with community posts regularly and share community updates at least 2-3 times weekly.
Chapter Lead: Facilitate at least 4-6 connections or partnerships within your local area, and host at least 1 CS Coffee Connect event and 1 Meetup Event per quarter.
Mentors: Provide support to at least 2 mentees throughout the program.
Code of Conduct
Ambassadors are expected to uphold the community’s values and maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
Any behavior inconsistent with the community guidelines may result in the termination of ambassador status.
Termination
CSME reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s role if commitments are not met or if there is a violation of the code of conduct.
